LANG, 22 COCKSPUR ST LONDON', engraved band at muzzle, dove-tailed fore-sight bead, scroll engraving to the barrel-sides at breech, plain non-reciprocating cylinder, each chamber numbered respectively '1' through '6', rounded border and scroll engraved boxlock action with offset central hammer for sighting and angled sliding safety to top-tang, fluted and carved pistol-grip butt in the Continental style with engraved 'French' type butt-cap, guarded trigger, articulated under-barrel loading-lever marked with the patent use number and a 'VR' crown patent stamp, the whole with strong traces of finish
