REMINGTON & SONS ILION NEWYORK USA' over 'NEW-MODEL', under-barrel ejector rod retained by the original loading-lever, plain cylinder, solid frame with applied recoil shield, the right hand side of breech marked with a large 'CA17' stamp, brass trigger-guard and smooth walnut grips (left hand chipped at front edge), re-blued throughout
