the first by Brown and a .41 rimfire model marked 'SOUTHERNER', the 2 1/2in. barrel stripped of finish, open brass frame with central hammer and smooth flared walnut grips, the second by Marlin and a .30 rimfire 'OK' model, with two-stage 3in. barrel, open brass frame, central hammer and spur-trigger with flared walnut smooth birdshead grips
