Other Notes: Fox Film Corporation was formed in 1915 and became '20th Century Pictures' in 1935. It counts amongst it successes 'The Sound of Music' plus blockbusters like the original Star Wars movie and 'Die Hard'. The 1950's & 60's saw many Western films produced including 'Rawhide', 'Walk Tall and 'The Purple Hills' to name but a few. It has unfortunately not been possible to pinpoint the exact films this carbine was used in, but one would assume that being an unusual weapon to start with that its role was probably quite significant.
