'666', circa 1915, 32in. nitro reproved heavy octagonal barrel (in 2023), the first third of the barrel with railed sight flat, dove-tailed blade fore-sight, adjustable rear sight, plain Martini-type drop ramp action with central hole to block ramp, signed 'Fr. BOECKLE. GLARUS.', retaining very slight traces of colour-hardening and finish, complex finger-spurred triggerguard bow forming the underlever, double-set triggers, figured walnut butt-stock with cheekpiece, Swiss-style heel plate, splinter fore-end with cross-pin release catch, the fore-part with clearing rod, sling swivels, weight 11lb. 10oz.
