E. FLETCHER 12-BORE SINGLE-BARRELLED TOPLEVER HAMMERGUN, serial no. 2356, pre 1888, 30in. nitro reproved damascus barrel, octagonal breech section with top flat engraved 'E. FLETCHER. 158 WESTGATE ST. GLOUCESTER', 2 1/2in. chamber, bored approx. 1/2 choke, some pitting, carved percussion fence, rebounding back action lock, border and acanthus scroll engraving, 14 3/8in. stock with steel buttplate, fore-end wood with light damage and losses, weight 5lb. 6oz.
