USHAW, no visible serial number, circa 1860, with octagonal twist 27 1/2in. barrel (cleaned of finish, now lightly stained), swing lever action (traces of colour, engraved back-action lock with off-set hammer and chequered walnut butt-stock and splinter fore-end, complete with a period blacked canvas storage case compartmented and lined in coarse green baize
