circa 1895, with nickel-plated 6 1/2in. barrel (mild pitting in the grooves), the top-rib with patents to '1877' and reissue at '1871', break-open nickel-plated frame with auto-ejecting fluted cylinder, blued locking catch and trigger guard, colour hardened hammer and trigger, chequered walnut grips with additional period decoration, much original finish remaining
