A RARE 5mm (CLEMENT) SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL, MODEL 'CLEMENT'S PATENT', serial no. 8156, WITH LATER CASE,
being the so-called perfected model of 1905, with fixed under-slung concealed barrel, blued fixed slide with recoil spring above barrel, the left side of action marked 'AUTOMATIC PISTOL CLEMENT'S PATENT' and 'CHARLES PH. CLEMENT, LIEGE', the top of slide with 'MANUFACTURE FRANCAISE D'ARMS ET CYCLES-SAINT-ETIENNE', central cocking piece with internal brushed bright bolt, side safe, rear cocking indicator, chequered hard rubber grips, embossed with Clement's trademark, magazine release in back-strap and complete with a later wood box fitted for this pistol
