circa 1845, the first of .650 calibre, with octagonal 5 1/4in. barrel signed 'SMITH, LONDON', borderline and scroll engraved back-action lock signed 'SMITH' and walnut full-stock with chequered bag-shaped butt, captive iron ramrod and fitted with a belt-hook to the left hand side, the second similar but of .550 calibre, 5 1/2in. barrel signed 'LONDON', the lock signed 'SMITH' and no provision for belt-hook
