A GOOD ETHIOPIAN NATIVE SHOTEL SWORD, circa late 19th Century, with 34 in. (measured strait) deeply curved 1 in. wide steel blade with narrowing point, set into a rhino horn hilt, together with its brown leather scabbard, strapping and belt, blade good and clean, hilt flares chipped and with losses, scabbard stitching sound but blade has caused some splitting on the scabbard edge
