English circa 1840, with Birmingham proved re-blued turn-off octagonal 1 3/4in. barrels, border and scroll engraved squared boxlock actions with central hammers and folding concealed automatic triggers (one blade repaired), finely chequered walnut bag-shaped butts with short-tailed paktong caps and diamond-shaped escutcheons to wrists, in a period relined and refitted walnut case and including a small reproduction flask and turnscrew
