A GROUP OF THREE MISCELLANEOUS EDGED WEAPONS, being 1) a Pattern 1897 Infantry Officer's sword, 32 1/2 in. steel blade, fullered on each side, ricasso with proof slug, etched with scroll-work, steel guard with George V cypher, wire-bound fishskin grip. worn and rusted, etching faint, no scabbard, 38 1/2 in. overall; 2) a 29 1/2 in. steel cavalry sabre blade, probably Pattern 1796, re-hilted with bone grips to form a shamshir-style sword, hilt rusted, blade pitted with rust patches, no scabbard, 34 in. overall; 3) a machete, probably Spanish, 22 in. single-edged steel blade, black riveted grips, together with its brown leather scabbard, blade with surface rust, 28 in. overall
