circa 1900, with octagonal blued 33 1/2in. barrel, broad dove-tailed ramp fore-sight, elevating tangent rear-sight, slab-sided receiver with faint traces of colour (some mild surface flaking) and marked 'A HAURI A REINACH' centrally on the right face, figured walnut butt-stock with shallow raised cheek-piece and Swiss-style iron heel-plate, remodelled and spurred trigger guard forming the under-lever, double set triggers and walnut beavertail fore-end with shallow schnabel tip, fitted with a basketweave leather sling
