circa 1885 and of similar style to the Webley RIC-type, with round 7 3/4in. barrel, Colt-style side-mounted ejector rod housing (ejector rod absent), blade fore-sight, sighting groove to the top-strap, solid stepped frame, six-shot fluted cylinder with side loading gate, double action mechanism and chequered walnut straight hand butt-stock with smooth iron heel-plate, minimal traces of finish with cleaned shallow pitting
