A RARE 'SETTLING' WOODPIGEON DECOY BY PENN,
mid-1930s, numbered 194, the wings have springs mounted underneath and were made to flap using a control line attached to the upper surfaces which was pulled, comes complete with its original control lines and frame in a worn canvas carrying sack; it was patented by A. H. Penn of London in 1932
