circa 1885, 32 1/4in. nitro reproved bold twist barrel engraved 'J & W. TOLLEY. MAKERS. 1. CONDUIT ST. REGENT ST. LONDON.' and with short file cut sight rib, treble-grip action with Jones patent rotary underlever, carved percussion fence, rebounding back-action lock, border engraving, brushed and reblued finish overall, 14 3/8in. semi-pistolgrip stock with domed horn pistolgrip-cap and including 1 7/8in. wooden extension, fore-end with Deeley & Edge patent release catch and horn finial, weight 11lb. 13oz.
