circa 1948 and in loose imitation of a Mauser K98K, with 20in. blued barrel, hooded fore-sight, elevating rear-sight graduated to 25 metres, plain blued air-chamber marked with the 'CZ' trademark, 'CESKA ZBROJOVKA' over NARODNI PODNIK' over 'STRAKONICE' and 'VZ47', large bolt action cocking handle to rear of air-chamber, wood military-style three-quarter stock, fitted with a period leather sling and false clearing rod under the barrel, the whole with much original finish
