probably of Indian manufacture, with Birmingham proved heavy 36in. barrels, bead fore-sight, shallow sighting groove to the plain top-tang, plain locks with spurious crown markings below the pans and signed 'TOWER' on the tails, plain figured hardwood half-stock of later manufacture, brass furniture, iron stirrup swivels and wire ramrod, weight approx. 14lbs
