circa 1965, with black enamelled 14 1/4in. barrel, blade fore-sight, plastic pop-up loading port with integral notch rear-sight, black enamelled air-chamber with arrow trademark and 'BSA MERLIN' in gold filled lettering between the twin shallow telescopic sight rails, plain beech half-stock with flush-fitting under-lever, some light scratches to enamel finish, in a period card carton (incorrect serial number), the outer with matching trademark, the interior with compressed card formers and a correct plastic 4x15 telescopic sight and rifle instructions
