circa 1918, 30 1/2in. nitro reproved barrel (in 1987), block and blade fore-sight with tunnel protector, Ross battle aperture rear-sight, receiver ring marked 'ROSS RIFLE CO. CANADA. M10. PATENTED.', manual three-position bolt-stop flag safety, receiver with charger guide, the whole retaining traces of colour-hardening and finish, full-length stock, the butt marked to the right '5/485 KKD 1.4 885- L.P.', 13 1/8in. pull including steel buttplate with hinged trapdoor, canvas sling, weight 10lb. 5oz.
