circa 1853, with 4 1/2in. blued octagonal barrel, the top-flat signed 'JOSEPH BRAZIER & SON, WOLVERHAMPTON', borderline and scroll engraved solid frame with 'L' shaped safe spring and double action only mechanism, plain five shot cylinder, finely chequered swept semi saw-handled walnut grip with shallow domed horn butt-cap, the whole retaining much original blued finish and complete with its un-numbered 'Adams Patent' mould
