A CONTINENTAL OFFICER'S DRESS SWORD, circa late 19th Century, probably French, with 33 in. single-edged blade fullered on each side, brass 3-barred quillioned guard and hilt with horn grip bound by brass wire, together with its nickel-steel scabbard with single suspension loop. blade stained with some pitting towards the tip, 40 in. overall
