circa 1940, approximately 4 3/4in. diameter, with silvered signed dial bearing number '5203' and with arabic numerals and outer tramline minutes register, 60 hour power reserve subdial at '12', running seconds subdial at '6', gold-coloured hands, black enamelled case, the reverse with concealed winding aperture, Kriegsmarine eagle and swastika and repeated serial number together with 'M3001', in a gimbal mount fitted inside its glazed wood matching number storage case with winding key and gimbal-lock, working order
