A BAYONET FOR THE L1A1 SLR, AN UNUSUAL 'BAYONET', AND A CONTINENTAL SCABBARD. 1) circa 1960s single-edged clipped point 8 in. blade fullered on each side, ricasso marked 'B60' together with its steel scabbard, 12 1/4 in. overall; 2) superficially similar to a P1856 Yataghan sword bayonet, with a 22 1/2 in. single-edged curved blade fullered on each side, ricasso with Weyersburg trademark on one side and Broad Arrow, 'WD' and inspection mark over, steel hilt with pressed leather grips, worn, blade painted black, heavy losses to grips, release button missing but most noticeable is that the blade curve cuts across the line of sight of the barrel - possibly a marriage to make a trench weapon? 27 1/2 in. overall; 3) a black leather scabbard with brass chape, missing its locket, 18 in.
