circa 1870, with 28 1/2in. damascus barrels, rib engraved 'JOSEPH NEEDHAM & CO. 26. PICCADILLY. LONDON.' (rubbed), built to patent no. 184 of 1852, use number 1125, the breech ends with borderline engraved independent side-opening bolts signed internally 'JOSEPH BRAZIER', each with individual safety levers and silver 'BOLTED' detail, (needles shortened), borderline engraved breech apertures, chequered walnut half-stock with iron furniture and white metal monogrammed escutcheon to underside of fore-end
