Belgian, circa 1860, with blued octagonal 5 1/2in. barrel, pillar fore-sight, rear-sight notch to the hammer nose, blued open iron frame, blued six-shot plain cylinder with external ratchet locking, smooth flared walnut grips, provision for lanyard ring at heel, guarded trigger and plunge ejector, strong amount of original finish remaining
