circa 1865, with octagonal 3 1/2in. barrel, raised sighting rib signed 'EAGLE ARMS CO. NEW YORK', brass solid frame with rear mounted ejection rod, plain cylinder, exposed hammer and spur trigger and smooth walnut grips, the whole retaining much original silver plated finish, the heel with retailers stamp 'APC'
