A GEORGE V PATTERN 1897 INFANTRY OFFICER'S DRESS SWORD, circa 1918, with 32 1/2 in. blade fullered and scroll-etched with royal cyphers on each side, ricasso with 'FELTON BROTHERS Ltd SHEFFIELD / SWORD CUTLERS / TO THE / WAR OFFICE' on one side with stamped proved mark over, pierced guard with royal GRV cypher, black plastic grip bound with white wire, together with its brown leather field scabbard, scabbard stitching tight but grazed and worn, 42 in. overall
