circa 1900, 31 3/4in. Greener trade mark wrought steel black powder reproved barrels, wave cut rib with a banner engraved 'W.W. GREENER. 68 HAYMARKET LONDON. WINNER AT THE LONDON GUN TRIALS. 1875, 1877, 1878 & 1879. GREENER'S WROUGHT STEEL', shouldered treble-grip action, manual side safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, retaining much colour-hardening, 15in. semi-pistolgrip stock (possible replacement) including 1in. recoil pad, fore-end with Deeley & Edge patent release catch and horn finial, weight 9lb. 14oz.
