(faint) and gold-inlaid '1' at the breech-end, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, removable striker discs, toplever gold-inlaid '1', automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, rolled-edge triggerguard, fine floral bouquet and acanthus scroll engraving, the triggerplate engraved 'BOSS'S PATENT NO. 22,894.', bright and reblued finish overall, 14 5/8in. likely replacement figured stock including 3/4in. wooden extension, fore-end finial gold-inlaid '1', weight 6lb. 8oz., in its lightweight leather guncase
