AN UNUSUAL UNSIGNED 20-BORE BOXLOCK NON-EJECTOR, serial no. 7883, circa 1877, 28in. replacement nitro barrels (circa 1934), 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, some pitting, minor dents/bulges, treble-grip action (likely W. & C. Scott) with carved stylised leaf fences and protruding teardrop side bolsters, intercepting sears, top tang screw not flush, triggerguard tang repaired and poor replacement screws, 14in. replacement pistolgrip stock, bolstered fore-end with grip catch release lever (with serial number), weight 6lb. 4oz.
