'LEE-SPEED' BOLT-MAGAZINE SPORTING RIFLE, serial no. 8621, circa 1910, 27 1/2in. nitro reproved barrel (in 2017), with dove-tailed blade fore-sight, open rear sight with two folding leaf sights marked 100, 200 and 300 yards and with white-metal inlaid sight lines, and with flip up elevating sight, the knoxform engraved with the BSA trademark and marked 'FOR CORDITE ONLY', magazine cut-off switch, manual safety, detachable box magazine, decorative border engraving, retaining much renewed finish, pistolgrip halfstock, 14 1/4in. pull including steel buttplate, sling eyes, weight 7lb. 5oz.
