T' / 9593 Kingwilliam's Town Arsenal store mark, Union of South Africa ownership mark, Westley Richards triangle, Broad Arrow and S.R.G., falling block action, slab sided receiver marked 'HENRY PATENT' on right side and 'WESTLEY RICHARDS &Co. / LONDON' and triangle on left, bridge with 'C /I\G' Cape Government ownership mark, full walnut stock, fore-end stamped 'TJO', butt stamped '5848', chequered butt plate, worn, rear-sight bent with slider frozen, stock heavily worn with losses, butt plate sits proud of stock, clearing rod absent, appears to be a parts gun, 49 in. overall
