MADE OF SIR JOSEPH WHITWORTH'S FLUID-PRESSED STEEL.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 3/4 choke, damage to under rib and right wall at 19, self-opening action, removable striker discs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, cocking-indicators, best fine border and acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, retaining traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 13 1/2in. figured stock, some wear overall, weight 6lb. 9oz., in its brass-cornered oak and leather guncase
