French circa 1860, with blued octagonal blind-fluted 10 1/2in. barrels, engraved and fenced spiral nipple-bolsters, dove-tailed bead fore-sights, standing notch blade rear-sights to the engraved top-tangs, fully engraved hump-backed bar-action locks with dipped tails and en-suite carved and engraved hammers, ebony half-stocks with fluted butts, relief-carved panels of running ivy vines to sides and back-strap, engraved and faceted spire pommels, spurred trigger-guards and relief carved fore-end tips with no provision for ramrods, both pistols in fine condition and appearing little used, together with their suppliers wood storage case with ebonised exterior (small losses), the interior lined and compartmented in the continental manner in green baize and complete with a near full suite of accessories, most with ebony handles (nipple-pot absent)
