A SCARCE .22 BSA LIGHTNING XL CARBINE LIMITED EDITION CENTENARY AIR RIFLE, serial no. LC021,
circa 2009 and one of 100 made, with 14 1/2in. blued barrel fitted with a full-length sound moderator, blued air-chamber with applied 'Maxi Grip' telescopic sight rail marked along the top 'BSA LIGHTNING XL CENTENARY', the left side 'TWENTY ONE OF ONE HUNDRED', the right side 'LC021', high-grade walnut half-stock with chequered panels to the pistol-grip and fore-end, rosewood pistol-grip and fore-end caps with contrasting spacers, the grip cap inlaid with the BSA 'Piled Arms' trademark, eyelets for sling, and fitted with a BSA 3-9x32 telescopic sight and a BSA branded egg-box foam gun-bag, all appearing very little used
