probably a 1st or 2nd model, with green baize lined interior, William Tranter trade label (partial), containing a signed 80-bore mould for gun number 11927, a cleaning/loading rod, a nipple-key, a bag-shaped flask with much finish, an unsigned cap-tin, a tin of Tranters Lubricating Compound and a probably reproduction snail capper, external measurements approx. 14 3/4in. x 7 1/2in. x 2 1/4in.
