for 2007, 28in. nitro barrels, broad raised rib engraved 'W. HORTON & SONS. BIRMINGHAM.' and with acanthus scroll detailing at the breech end, 3in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 3/4 choke, removable striker discs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, the action and decorative sideplates engraved with bold acanthus scrollwork and game scene vignettes of grouse, the underside with a central motif of a thistle and Zephyr blowing a breeze, bright finish, 16in. well-figured stock, weight 6lb. 9oz.
